• continuous collection of lfuroscent singla from 1 or more PCR over a range of a cycle

in pCR, each time yo udo that, you produce a product

• qpcr detects the progress(?) using flurosecent
  • fluorsencet is used to detect, why not in pcr too?

as amplification happens, detection of PCR happens

quantitivative → conversion of that flouroscent signal (represent DNA product) → make it into a numerical value using a computer based system

why did we invent this? why is it important?
