what to wear:

divided into personal and PPE

1. personal:
   1. lab coat
      1. fully buttoned
      2. cleaned and decontaminated after soil (e.g blood)
      3. DO NOT wear in cafe
   2. Shoes:
      1. NOT OPEN
      2. NOT HIGH HEELS
2. PPE:
   1. anything worn ontop of personal
      1. glove
      2. apron
      3. gown
      4. shoe cover
