large, more cytoplasm, plaer larger ovoid to kidney shape nucleus → macrophage

lymphocyte → smaller, darker (basophilic), less cytoplasm (very small rim of cytoplasm)

if you look at that cell (with no name) that’s a plasma cell


plasma cell has

perinuclear halo? → corrospond for the negative golgi → antibody production
