   frquency is difficult tochange

   if the frequency of 2 medias arent the same. they will rip apart

   principle of continunuity of the medium → the molecules are side by side

   the wave is propagating thru the media, doesnt rip (there are exception ofc but…)

• intensity (energy per area) decreases as the area increases

if energy cannot be lost in rictionless → all the wave fronts/crests have the same energy
